Are you unexpectedly unable to come and do you have to cancel your reservation? Shame! We apply the following conditions:

• If you cancel more than 14 days before the start date, you do not have to pay anything.
• If you cancel up to 7 days before the start date, you will pay 30% of the reservation value.
• If you cancel up to 3 days before the start date, you will pay 60% of the reservation value.
• If you cancel up to 24 hours before your stay, you will pay 85% of the reservation value.
• If you cancel within 24 hours before the start date, you will pay the full reservation amount.

If we can re-rent your room, you only pay the administration costs (€ 15.00)
